Welcome to WUWM 2026 Tianjin Summit! By accessing or registering for this website and its events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Registration for WUWM 2026 Tianjin Summit is open to individuals who meet the criteria set for the conference.
1.2 By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
1.3 The organizers reserve the right to refuse registration or entry to anyone at their discretion.


2. Conference Fees and Payment

2.1 All registration fees must be paid in full before the conference begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Payments can be made via Offline Payment [bank transfer].
2.3 Prices are stated in EURO and are subject to change without notice.
2.4 Any applicable taxes or transaction fees are the responsibility of the registrant.


3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] in “My Profile” page.
3.2 Could inquiry [email protected] for the refund eligibility 
3.3 The conference organizers are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
4.2 Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
4.3 The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant violating the code of conduct without refund.


5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All materials, presentations, recordings, and content provided during the conference are the intellectual property of WUWM 2026 Tianjin Summit or respective owners.
5.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
5.3 Participants may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless prior written consent is obtained.


6. Privacy

6.1 Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Information may be used for communication regarding the conference, including updates and promotional materials.
6.3 By registering, you consent to photography, video, or audio recording of sessions that may include you, and the organizers may use such recordings for promotional purposes.


7. Limitation of Liability

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of China.
9.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tianjin.
