Shenzhen Agricultural Power Group Co., Ltd. (SZAP, stock code:000061), founded in 1989, is a subsidiary of Shenzhen Agriculture & Food Investment Holdings Group Co. , Ltd., and the first listed state-owned enterprise in China’s agricultural product circulation industry, with total assets of over $2.8 billion. Over the years, we have maintained a consistent market share of over 10% in the national agricultural wholesale markets sector. The average annual trading volume in our markets exceeds 36 million tons and the average annual trading value is over RMB 250 billion,which means serving more than 200 million people in China.
With continuous efforts, now we operates 35 agricultural wholesale markets and online marketplaces across 22 Chinese cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Changsha, and Chengdu, while expanding our international trade partnerships with countries and regions such as Italy, France, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Malaysia. We are a modern agricultural products circulation company, with the core business encompassing investment and operation of agricultural wholesale markets, urban distribution supply chain, agricultural products processing, as well as import and export activities related to agricultural products and foodstuffs. Additionally, we have expanded into innovative sectors such as Hong Kong-standard planting, cold chain storage and logistics, agricultural brand development, big data management and applications for agricultural products, and smart agricultural machinery and equipment.

In recent years, we set a goal of ‘Committed to a Better Life’ and a mission of ‘connecting the countryside to the city’. In order to explore the standardization and digitization of agricultural products from the planting to consumption, we built up the Hong Kong standard ‘SZAP Farm’ , established Industrial Design Institute of Smart Agri-produce Circulation to research and develop smart agricultural machinery and equipment, established standard pilot agricultural wholesale markets, explored the separation of trading and delivery pattern, promoted the construction of “Digital Vegetable Baskets”, built up the pre-import and export supervision platform for agriculture products & food, actively developed import and export trade and services. We are doing our best to practise our role as an enabler of technology and value in the circulation of agricultural products in order to increase the consumers’ happiness.
We got more than 30 awards including ‘National Key Leading Enterprise in Agriculture Industrialization’ ‘National Quality Benchmark’ and ‘Shenzhen Top Brand’.
