How It Works: From Booking to Event Check-In
Step 1. Explore Schedule & Tickets
Explore the ticket types and prices below, then click “GET TICKETS” to book (login required).
Step 2. Book Tickets
On the ticket booking page, select the ticket type and quantity, enter the attendee information for each ticket, and proceed to checkout.
Step 3. Make Offline Bank Transfer
Complete your offline payment including your Booking ID in the payment reference/remark. For security reasons, bank account details are only available through our official “Contact Us” page.
Step 4. Upload Payment Slip
IMPORTANT: Need you upload the offline payment slip on “My Profile” page.
Step 5. Wait for Confirmation
Our finance team will verify the payment, and your booking confirmation and invitation letter will be issued afterward. Your booking status will be “pending” before that.
Step 6. Download Invitation Letter / Ticket
Check your email for the invitation letter, and go to your “My Profile” page to download your ticket (PDF) after our finance team received your offline payment.
Step 7. Apply Visa (Embassy Process)
Applicants are required to visit the Chinese Embassy to apply for a visa and must present the invitation letter during the application process.
Step 8. Book Flights
Book your own flights. You may arrive at Tianjin Binhai International Airport (TSN), Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX), or Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK).
Step 9. Submit Flight Details (Optional for transfer service)
If you require airport transfer service, submit your flight details on the “Transportation” page or in your “My Profile” page.
Step 10. Book Hotels
Book your own hotel, could refer to the hotel information on the “Hotels” page.
Step 11. Travel to China
Travel to China according to your flight booking and visa arrangements.
Step 12. Event Check-in
Check in at the conference registration counter to receive your name badge, which is required to attend all sessions.
