Upon completion of your offline payment, you are required to promptly upload the corresponding proof of payment via this platform. This information will be reviewed and verified by our finance department to confirm your booking details. The invitation letter required for visa processing will be issued only after successful verification.
We provide guidance and assistance in arranging airport pickup and drop-off services. Please note that we do not operate transportation directly. Vehicle arrangements are made on your behalf upon request, and all transportation costs are to be paid directly by the passenger.
Input your refund request, finance team will back to you as soon as possible after received your request.
