117 Garden Villa Hotel
The 117 Garden Villa Hotel was originally built in 1934 and once served as the former residence of Wu Songping. In 1997, it was designated as a protected cultural heritage site by the Tianjin Municipal Government. In 2002, the villa was renovated and transformed into the 117 Garden Villa Hotel, subsequently becoming part of the Goubuli Group.
