Higreen(Tianjin)Logistics of Agricultural Product CO.,LTD

Make food safer · Make life healthier

Meet the Host: HIGREEN

The company’s master plan covers a total area of 3,000 mu. The first-phase project, spanning 1,500 mu, has already been put into operation, with a total construction area of 600,000 square meters. Positioned to be based in Tianjin, serving Xiong’an, radiating throughout the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and reaching out to Northeast Asia and the wider Northwest China, the facility is being developed as an international integrated agricultural logistics park that focuses on fruit and vegetable trading, imported fruits, meat, frozen products, aquatic products, and packaged foods. It will integrate customs clearance and inspection, bonded logistics, urban distribution, central kitchens, pre-prepared meals, experiential seafood consumption, e-commerce, and industrial chain integration into a single, comprehensive platform.

We have now established three core business formats: vegetables, fruits, and urban distribution centers. We are currently attracting merchants to enter categories such as meat, grains and oils, groceries, dried seasonings, egg products, frozen foods, seafood, and aquatic products. Nearly 2,000 businesses have already moved in, with an annual transaction volume of 5 million tons and a transaction value exceeding 30 billion yuan. Our fruit and vegetable products not only supply more than 80% of the market share in Tianjin but also extend their reach to surrounding regions within a 300-kilometer radius, including Beijing, Hebei, Shandong, and Liaoning, serving and supporting over 60 million people.

The company takes “Dedicated to a Better Life” as its corporate vision and guiding principle, actively fulfilling its responsibility of connecting rural areas with urban centers. It is deeply exploring the standardization and digitalization of agricultural product circulation—from the “first kilometer” of cultivation all the way to the “last 100 meters” at the consumer end. The company is vigorously promoting new models of agricultural product distribution, including the separation of trading and delivery, international trade in agricultural products, experiential consumption of seafood, exhibition and trading of high-end ingredients and premium local specialties, e-commerce, pre-prepared meals, central kitchens, and urban warehouses. It is implementing initiatives such as “One Park, One Base, One Center,” “Integrated Development,” “Partner Merchants,” and “Digital Vegetable Basket,” thereby establishing a supply chain system that is “centered on wholesale markets, extends upstream to production bases, reaches downstream to consumer terminals, and effectively integrates financial services, cold-chain logistics, centralized distribution, and digital-intelligent technologies.” This approach genuinely enhances “food safety and quality on the tip of the tongue.”

Over the next three years, the company’s park will achieve an annual trading volume of 6.6 million tons and an annual transaction value of 60 billion yuan. It will generate tax revenues of 200–300 million yuan and create up to 100,000 jobs, fully demonstrating its remarkable economic and social benefits—building a thriving market, driving the development of multiple industries, boosting local economies, and enriching the local population.
