Born on June 13, 1986, married and father of three, Max Monot is a graduate of the National Higher School of Agricultural Education (ENSFEA). This experience allowed him to become fluent in Chinese and to understand the workings of the local education and training system through various positions in schools across the country.
Upon returning to France, he joined the Campus des Sicaudières in Bressuire, where he held positions as a teacher and head of international relations. He developed partnerships with schools in Belgium, Hungary, Madagascar, and Peru, enabling hundreds of young French people to discover other countries and vice versa. From 2017 to 2025, the Ministry of Agriculture entrusted him with the national mission of coordinating Franco-Chinese exchanges in agricultural technical education. Through numerous sector-specific projects, whether in tea, wine, or cattle, he worked to facilitate the mobility of students, teachers, and professionals from both countries.
Based in Beijing since November 2025, he is enthusiastically and rigorously pursuing the development of trade between the agricultural sectors of the two countries.
